We measure the roofline, check attic and outlet access, look at your fascia material and colour, and talk through what you want it to look like. Usually 45 minutes.

Track is cut to your roof lengths in the shop first, so install day is assembly. One to two days on most homes, then we build your scenes with you.
Barely, and only if you are looking for it. The track is under an inch tall and powder-coated to your fascia colour. On most homes it reads as the shadow line the eave already casts. We will show you photos of a matching colour on a house like yours before you commit.
We fasten into fascia, sub-fascia or trim with stainless screws and seal every penetration. We never fasten through shingles or into the roof deck — that is where leaks actually start. On aluminium-clad fascia we mount through to the wood behind it.
Addressable runs are sectioned, so a failed diode takes out a few inches rather than the whole roofline. Call us and we swap the section under warranty — 12 years on the lamps, serviced by our own crew, so it is a truck and not a claim form.
It joins your 2.4GHz network for app control, but schedules and scenes are stored on the controller itself. If your internet drops, the lights still come on at dusk exactly as programmed.
It depends on the house, which is why we measure before quoting. The drivers are linear footage, how many storeys we are working at, and roof complexity — a two-storey with dormers and gables takes more track and more time than a bungalow with a straight run. The site visit and the quote are free, and the quote is itemised so you can see what each part costs.
Yes, right through January. Snow load and roof ice are the limit rather than temperature, so a mid-winter install may get scheduled around the weather. For lights up before the holidays, book by early October.
