Forty minutes down the 416 from our shop, and one of the fastest-growing places we work. New subdivisions going up beside nineteenth-century village stone and rural acreage in every direction — three different jobs inside one municipality.

North Grenville is not one market. A 2021 two-storey in eQuinelle, an 1880s stone house off Prescott Street and a bungalow on ten acres near Oxford Mills each need a different plan, and we quote them that way rather than off a per-foot rate.
The subdivision side is the straightforward half. eQuinelle, Kemptville Meadows, Urbandale's phases and the newer streets off County Road 43 are conventional vinyl, board-and-batten or brick-front elevations with a wood sub-fascia — clean fastening, predictable runs, and pricing that lands where you would expect. What varies is gable count. A builder-standard elevation with three or four roof segments quotes very differently from a stone-front with ten, and we will show you both numbers at the site visit so you can choose how much of the geometry to follow.
Old Town Kemptville, Oxford Mills, Bishops Mills and Burritts Rapids are the older half — limestone, clapboard and brick, occasionally with a heritage designation attached. Fasteners go into mortar joints there, never the stone face, and we confirm the designation before quoting. Rural properties are their own thing again: long fascia runs on a single storey, detached garages and drive sheds worth pulling onto the same controller, and a power plan that has to account for where the panel actually is rather than where it would be convenient.
Roofline on the new-build streets is the bulk of it. Custom work comes second — this is acreage country, so pergolas, barns, garden structures and long driveways come up far more often here than they do in the city.

Colour-matched track under the roofline holding addressable RGBW LEDs. Warm white every night, full colour when you want it, and no ladder in November.

No. Kemptville is inside our standard service radius — it is a forty-minute run down the 416 — so the same price list applies and there is no travel line on your quote. Where travel does apply anywhere in our coverage, it is quoted up front at the site visit rather than added afterwards.
It should not, but check your specific wording before we install. We fasten into the wood sub-fascia rather than the cladding, seal every penetration, and leave the roof membrane and shingles untouched — there is no roof penetration in a standard install. If your builder wants the detail in writing we will provide it.
Yes, and it is a common ask out here. Detached garages, drive sheds and barns run from the same controller as the house where we can get a cable path to them, and driveway and post lighting can join the same app. If the outbuilding is too far for a clean low-voltage run we will tell you at the site visit and price a separate controller instead of guessing.
Only for where we route cable and set the transformer. The system is low-voltage 24 V DC and draws very little, so it makes no difference to your service. We locate the septic bed and well line at the site visit so no trenching or anchoring goes anywhere near either.
We will measure, hold track colours against your own fascia and leave you an itemised number. No deposit, no obligation.
