A small-town Main Street wrapped in twenty years of fast growth, with estate lots and lakes to the north. Stouffville is new-build two-storeys on one side of the road and five-acre properties on the other.

Most of Stouffville's homes went up after 2000, around an older core on Main Street. North of town it turns into estate country — Ballantrae, Musselman Lake, Vandorf — where the lots are big and the rooflines are bigger.
The subdivisions east and west of the core are two-storeys with brick or stone fronts, two or three front gables and builder fascia over wood. They install cleanly; the decision is how much of the roofline to follow. The older streets off Main are smaller brick and frame houses, with mortar-joint fastening on the masonry and short runs that keep the total modest.
Estate properties are a different conversation. Long, multi-segment rooflines, three-car garages, detached outbuildings and long driveways mean more track, a larger Control Box and a power plan that starts from where the panel is. Stone fronts on these homes take grazing fixtures very well, and the whole property — roofline, landscape, pool and outbuildings — can run from one app.
Roofline in town, custom work on the estate lots — pergolas, pool houses, driveways and outbuildings — and facade lighting for the independent shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Colour-matched track under the roofline holding addressable RGBW LEDs. Warm white every night, full colour when you want it, and no ladder in November.

Pergolas, cabanas, docks, sport courts, fences, feature walls. If it can be lit and it survives an Ontario winter, we have probably built it.

Yes, and it is worth seeing why. Following every gable rake on a multi-segment elevation is roughly 30 to 40 percent more track and more time at height. We quote the bottom-edge version and the full-geometry version so you can decide with both numbers in front of you.
Yes. Roofline, landscape and path lighting, the pool, the pergola and outbuildings can all run from one Control Box and one app where the cable paths allow. On larger properties we sometimes recommend a second controller, and we will explain why at the site visit.
That is one of the best uses of the landscape range. Fixtures set close to the wall and aimed up rake across the stone so the coursing reads at night. Together with the roofline, it is what makes a stone-front elevation look finished after dark.
Yes. Fascia, sign-band and window lighting on commercial frontage runs on the same hardware and app, with schedules set around opening hours. If the building has heritage status we plan the fastening around it.
We will measure, hold track colours against your own fascia and leave you an itemised number. No deposit, no obligation.
