Riverside South is the most consistent housing stock in our coverage: post-2005 construction almost end to end, much of it post-2018, from the Limebank and Spratt Road streets out to Earl Armstrong. Straight cladding and factory-clean fascia mean fast, predictable installs — and two constraints the older parts of the city do not have.
The first is the warranty. On a house this new the builder's obligations are still live and, on the latest phases, the purchase agreement may carry an architectural control clause. Our standard install does not touch the roof: the track fastens to the wood sub-fascia behind the cladding, every penetration is sealed, and nothing goes through shingles or into the roof deck. We will put that detail in writing for you to send to the builder before we start — it is a five-minute email that has never once come back as a problem, and it is far better than finding out afterwards.
The second is space. A lot of these lots are thirty feet wide or narrower, some blocks are rear-lane townhomes, and the side yards will not take a lift. That is a plan we make at the site visit, not on install morning — usually a front-set lift with ladder work down the sides, staged so nothing tracks across new sod or sits on a fresh driveway. If your landscaping is not in yet, tell us: installing before the sod and interlock go down is the easiest version of this job.
Roofline first, and usually the whole front elevation including the gables — new elevations here have a lot of them. Smart control and custom zones follow later, once the deck, the pergola or the pool goes in.

No — install now if you can. With no sod, no interlock and no fencing there is nothing to protect and nothing to work around, so it is the fastest and least disruptive version of the job. It also means the cable routing and the transformer location can be set before the grading is finished rather than around it.
