Woodbridge brick, Maple and Vellore stone fronts, and estate lots in Kleinburg. Vaughan has some of the largest elevations we work on — rooflines that step three or four times across the front of the house.

Woodbridge is largely 1980s and 90s brick; Maple, Vellore Village, Patterson and Sonoma Heights are 2000s-onward stone and stucco; Kleinburg is estate lots around a heritage village. All of it has more roof than the street realises.
A typical Vaughan two-storey has a projecting garage, two or three front gables, a turret or bay and several changes in roof height — ten to fourteen separate segments. A run along the bottom edge lights very little of that. Following the gable rakes up and back down is roughly 30 to 40 percent more track, and it is the whole difference between outlined and architectural. We quote both, and most people choose the gables once they have seen the two side by side.
Kleinburg and the Thornhill side of Vaughan include heritage conservation districts, where we confirm the approval path before quoting and fasten into trim or mortar only. Kleinburg estate lots add long frontages and big landscapes, and full stone fronts anywhere in Vaughan take grazing fixtures well — fixtures set tight to the wall so the texture reads at night.
Roofline is the anchor. Custom work covers the pergolas, cabanas, pools and gardens that come with larger lots, and smart control pulls existing landscape and pool lighting onto the same app.

Colour-matched track under the roofline holding addressable RGBW LEDs. Warm white every night, full colour when you want it, and no ladder in November.

Pergolas, cabanas, docks, sport courts, fences, feature walls. If it can be lit and it survives an Ontario winter, we have probably built it.

Yes. Track follows gable rakes, turrets and changes in roof height as separate addressable runs on one controller. We quote the full-geometry version alongside the bottom-edge version so you can see what each part adds.
Usually not. Kleinburg has a heritage conservation district, and reversible lighting fastened into trim or mortar is a far easier case than most exterior changes. We confirm your address and the approval path before quoting.
Yes. Existing low-voltage landscape and pool lighting can often be retrofitted onto the same controller, and new zones added alongside, so everything runs from one app with one schedule.
Usually two days for a multi-gable two-storey, sometimes three on estate lots. The crew is working-at-heights certified and carries $5M liability, with WSIB clearance available on request.
We will measure, hold track colours against your own fascia and leave you an itemised number. No deposit, no obligation.
