Some commercial lighting is a known quantity with a known fixture list. This page is for everything else.

Regularly. We will price and build to a consultant's specification, and we will flag constructability problems during tender rather than as a change order after award. If you want us involved earlier, we do design-assist too.
Yes. If a public owner needs an open tender, we can write the specification as a design consultant and step out of bidding, or bid the build if procurement rules allow it. Tell us the constraint upfront and we will structure it appropriately.
There is no floor. For smaller scopes the answer is usually one of our packaged services rather than a full design phase, and we will tell you honestly which one you actually need.
By July for a November install. The design and approvals path for a public installation is longer than the build, and hardware lead times run six to ten weeks in the fall.
