Half your foot traffic walks past in the dark from November to March. Permanent facade, signage-band and entry lighting turns that into the best thing that happens to your storefront all year — installed once, scheduled automatically, changed by app.

Ontario gets fewer than nine hours of daylight in December. For a shop with evening hours, most of your trading day happens after dark — and an unlit facade is functionally a closed one.
A lit facade does three things at once. It puts your building at the top of the visual hierarchy on the block, which is the whole game on a street where every storefront is a similar size. It signals open, warm and staffed, which matters more than any sign. And it makes your entry legible from across the road at a glance, in the sleet, from a car going 40.
Permanent installation is what makes it viable. Seasonal storefront lighting is a recurring line item that also involves a contractor on a lift over a public sidewalk. Installed permanently, that cost happens once, and the seasonal change becomes a scene your manager switches in ten seconds.
Every colour change is a setting, not a service call.
Warm white with red accents, full colour, or a slow chase across the facade. Runs on a date range you set once.
A distinct colour for a sale weekend is the cheapest window signage you will ever buy.
Winterlude, Canada Day, Pride, the Sens playoffs — participating costs a tap.
We colour-match to your brand palette at commissioning, so your facade is your colour and not roughly your colour.
Drop to a low warm level overnight — presence and deterrence without a lit-up empty store.
A locked set of scenes on a tablet or wall button, so a manager can change the look without being able to break it.
Facade materials, sign locations, sightlines from the street, and how the light will land. We come after dark where we can.
One itemised quote plus, if you lease, a drawing and spec package for your landlord or property manager.
Most storefronts install overnight or before opening — one to three nights — followed by a short scene-switching walkthrough for your staff.
Yes, and most of our retail clients do. We provide a drawing and specification package for the landlord, and where a lease requires it we design the install to be removable with the facade made good. Landlords generally approve quickly — a lit storefront improves their asset too.
It scales with frontage and access, so a single-bay storefront and a full building facade are quoted very differently. We measure the elevation and give you an itemised number. If you currently pay for seasonal install and takedown every year, ask us to set the quote against a few years of that — it is usually the comparison that decides it.
Architectural facade lighting is treated differently from illuminated signage, and the rules vary by zone and by heritage designation — which matters a lot in Centretown, the ByWard Market and along Sussex. We check the applicable requirements as part of the quote rather than after the install.
One to three nights for most storefronts, worked outside your trading hours. Sidewalk closures, if any, are permitted and scheduled in advance. We carry $5M liability and provide certificates of insurance to your landlord before we mobilise.
Book a dusk site visit. We will show you what the facade can look like and what it costs to get there.
